How to fill in the form Guidance to register correctly as a customer (individual or company).

Choose «Individual (B2C)» for personal purchases; «Company (B2B)» if you trade with a VAT number (B2B access may require approval).
Full name: as on your ID or short company contact name; used for communications and invoicing where applicable.
Email: a valid address you check often; you will receive account verification and service notifications.
Phone: reachable number for orders and support (international prefix if outside Italy).
Country (B2C): drives the default language of service communications (Italy = Italian, others = English).
Password: follow the requirements listed below (length, letters and numbers); do not reuse passwords from other sites.
For B2B, provide VAT (required for Italy), registered office, PEC/SDI for e-invoicing where relevant, and contacts; chamber of commerce extract (PDF) is optional but speeds up verification.

Required for support and orders. Select the prefix and enter the number without repeating it.

Service communication language

System emails and notifications in Italian or English.

Company name

Official registered name.

VAT number

For Italy, VAT is required (11 digits, optional IT prefix). Optional for other countries.

Certified email (PEC)

SDI recipient code
